- DTC Growth & Demand Generation (Primary Focus – ~60%)
- Own DTC revenue growth, driving improvements in CVR, AOV, and overall funnel performance
- Align paid media strategy with trade and promotional calendars to maximize impact
- Lead CRO, SEO, and landing page optimization initiatives
- Track performance rigorously and ensure clear revenue accountability
- Marketplace Management (~25%)
- Lead commercial performance across Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces
- Plan and execute platform mega campaigns and strategic initiatives
- Optimize listings for visibility, ranking, conversion, and ROI
- Monitor GMV, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness
- Digital Retail & Delivery Partners (~10–15%)
- Manage delivery apps and e‑commerce retail partners with Key Accounts teams
- Negotiate placements, promotions, and campaign participation
- Ensure accurate catalogs, pricing, and operational excellence
- Track partner KPIs and service levels
- Budget & Performance Governance
- Recommend and manage budget allocation across all e‑commerce channels
- Monitor efficiency metrics (ROAS, CAC, contribution margin)
- Forecast revenue impact of investment shifts
- Align closely with Paid Media and Social teams on execution and results
- Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and develop DTC and Marketplace Executives
- Ensure timely, accurate execution of campaigns, promotions, and listings
- Establish KPIs, operational standards, and escalation processes
- Integrated Growth Planning
- Own annual and quarterly e‑commerce growth roadmap
- Ensure cross‑channel consistency and alignment with commercial priorities
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to accelerate growth
- 5-8 years of proven experience in analyzing large-scale, multi-store consumer data and providing channel-specific consumer insights to support Consumer Experience in identifying and addressing experience gaps and opportunities
- Store management background in brands with strong CX practices, including experience in directly dealing with customers in a competitive mid-to-high price selling environment; understanding of POS daily operations is an advantage
- Results driven mindset with strong leadership abilities to motivate a team
- Experience in retail partner manpower management to ensure optimum allocation and effective use of available resources
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to direct retail stores 1-2 times a week.
