We're looking for a phenomenal Senior Client Account Manager that will assist the team with managing our customers' journey through our program as well as assisting the company with developing systems and processes within the department.
We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, a self-starter, willing to help across all departments and (ideally) genuinely interested in helping others.

So, what will you be doing?

- Manage client accounts and ensure they are moving through the program's timeline
- Create, manage and monitor project milestones and timelines
- Assist company with process improvements and creating SOP's where needed
- Assist CEO with day to day project management needs
- Monitor client progress and report to CEO on Status of progress
- Assist team with ongoing projects as needed
- General administrative tasks
- Assist when needed with Onboarding New Clients
- Customer support tasks
