- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Performing project-based work as assigned.
- Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
- Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
- Documenting all financial transactions and monitoring company accounts.
- Managing account receivables and payables, posting financial transactions to the accounting system and making bank deposits.
- Project managing office renovations or new office set-ups.
- Candidate must possess a neutral accent
- Strong phone skills
- Excellent English communication skills to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in the BPO industry or other related job positions of at least 3 years
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
