It is expected that they're capable of efficiently performing their assigned tasks and able to help the legal and compliance team achieve the overall department objective/s. Conducting all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, current operating procedures, and industry practices.
Analyzing (determine root cause), researching (develop solutions), and solving issues related to compliance activities
Performing oversight activities companywide to assess and ensure adherence to the compliance (Local and Offshore) and adhering to the strict deadlines so filing is made in a timely manner
Performing and overseeing the responsibility of preparing and or/ monitoring all documentation required for ALL Local pre- and post-compliances such as but not limited to drafting license applications, termination, and amendments
Familiarazing the regulatory process and most recent compliances with various government agencies/organizations
Maintaining and monitoring all appropriate bank records and compliances
Monitoring compliance calendar and highlighting delays to ensure that companies’ compliances are completed on time
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting weekly updates on ALL tasks based on the compliance metrics
Identifying and suggesting changes to work process with a view to streamlining operations
Ensuring that all files in the storage and cabinets are properly tagged and secured.
In charge of maintaining document storage file (Zdrive) orderly for efficient & quick referencing.
Receiving and responding to inquiries, requests for consultation, and or complaints from other departments as well as to the clients
Representing the regulatory compliance for all inspection, inquiries, and requests for documents with regards to LGU, CDC, BIR, DOLE, and BFP permits & certifications.
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting weekly, monthly and recurring updates on ALL tasks based on the compliance metrics
Ensuring 0% SLA breach on tickets assigned to her.
Taking the initiative to be a team player (proactively seek opportunities to help others)
Handling special projects or other duties as may be required from time to time
