Assist clients with support requests, taking ownership of the issue until resolution, or coordinating resources as needed. Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktop, software, and network functionality, connectivity, management, monitoring, and other hardware or software issues. Collaborate with the Jones IT Team to share experiences, tools, and information proactively, enhancing efficiency and teamwork for the company and clients. Document solutions and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
