2 Provide change management support.
3 Create and maintain documentation for monitoring systems, processes and creation of hardware devices.
4 Diagnose and resolve server problems, perform systems updates and back-ups.
5 Maintain system security, system back-ups and provide technical support.
6 Ensure server support and maintain high system availability.
7 Ensure security protocol updates
8 Coordinate efforts with technology staff from multi-environment application (application/system/functional).
9 Install and repair of operating systems server related hardware and software.
10 Identify mission critical production jobs and troubleshoot end-user issues.
11 Monitor performance and administration of operating systems upgrades.
12 Provide on-call 24/7 support as needed.
13 Follow established policies and procedures; determine and recommend potential enhancements.
