JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Contractor) to lead the delivery of multiple digital transformation projects over a fixed engagement period of up to 12 months.In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of 5 concurrent digital projects, ensuring each initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and structured project governance.Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage multiple digital projects concurrently
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and sponsors
Coordinate with internal teams across ICT, Marketing, Sales, and HR
Manage external vendors and implementation partners
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and key project meetings
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
Support change management, transition planning, and go-live activities
Ensure proper documentation and handover at project completion

Projects You Will Manage:

CRM Transition (HubSpot to Propertybase)
Marketing Platform Implementation (Marketing Cloud)
Customer Experience Platform (Qualtrics)
HRIS Transformation (EmployeeConnect to HiBob, Micropay to Employment Hero)
Website Redesign and Platform Upgrade

Qualifications:

Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent digital projects
Strong background in system migrations, transformations, or platform implementations
Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners
Strong project management skills (planning, risk, reporting, governance)
Ability to work independently in a contractor capacity
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Desirable:

Experience with CRM, HRIS, marketing, or customer experience platforms
Familiarity with project frameworks (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or hybrid)
Experience working in structured or governance-driven environments
