• As a Sales Associate (Receptionist) at CYTS (Philippines) Tour Limited Inc.', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the company's sales efforts in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about the company's products and services
• Assisting customers with making application and requirements
• Maintaining a well-organized and presentable reception area
• Increase added revenues by utilizing cross-selling and up-selling sales techniques
• Consistently meet and/or exceed specific, attainable sales goals and quality assurance requirements
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals
• Supporting the counter service team with various tasks as needed
