JOB SUMMARY As an Inbound Sales Support Associate , you will be assisting in handling and booking sales leads, confirming appointments, and coordinating with our sales team, which means handling and monitoring inbound calls, lead qualifying, data entry, and support for the sales team in the US. You will also be responsible for being the back-end support for the sales team, assisting them with internal projects and/or tasks that are designed to increase efficiency and productivity. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific Tasks Qualify inbound sales leads. Book and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with leads via email and/or phone. Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist potential clients. Organize and track lead flow, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Update Salesforce (CRM system) to maintain data integrity. Ensure smooth coordination between sales representatives and sales leads. Help with data tasks. General Tasks Follow the daily tasks and be on top of emails, calls, and timelines. Qualify and/or book sales leads promptly. Follow the structure and processes of everyday tools, including but not limited to Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and Salesforce. Maintain open communication/dialogue with your team leader and team members. Work off the supervisor&aposs feedback. Notify your team leader of time-off requests or emergencies promptly. Practice critical thinking and problem-solving. Proactive in the workplace and suggest new processes to increase productivity. Comply with all company protocols and procedures. Acknowledge updates and announcements. Assists with projects on an as-needed basis. Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong oral and written communication skills. Have experience with Inbound and/or Outbound calls. Must be proactive, accountable, organized, and a self-starter. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Willing to work on the graveyard shift, shifting schedule, and weekends. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent level of experience. 1 to 3 years of sales experience. Willing to work the graveyard shift, shifting schedule, and on weekends. This is not intended to be all-inclusive.
