Workday Implementation Consultant Work Schedule: Day Shift Work Setup: Hybrid Office Location: Makati Budget: Up to 100k Responsibilities: Work with the Workday team to help clients implement the Workday system. Work closely with the Integration Lead to design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday clients. Support Data Lead to execute end-to-end data migration from legacy system(s) to Workday. Ability to help clients resolve Workday issues Develop an understanding of other Workday functional areas (e.g. Core HCM, Compensation, Talent) Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager/Integration Lead within the budgeted time allocated. Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it to all engagements. Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants. Qualifications: Has at least 3-5 years of in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports, etc. At least 3-5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go-live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards Business-focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders; can explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume, and compelling Has experience in working with and leading teams in onshore or managed through delivery centers (near or offshore) Preferably with previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company Has the ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and discretion
