Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:The Lead Architect (F&B) is responsible for overseeing the architectural planning, design, and execution of food and beverage projects, including restaurants, cafés, commercial kitchens, and food manufacturing facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of F&B operational flow, compliance with health and safety standards, and creative yet functional design solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architectural design and development of F&B establishments from concept through construction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, kitchen consultants, and contractors.Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, health regulations, fire safety, and sanitation requirements.Oversee site evaluations, feasibility studies, and spatial planning for new and existing locations.Manage and review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation.Select and specify materials, finishes, equipment, and furnishings suitable for F&B environments.Coordinate with interior designers and engineers to ensure cohesive design and systems integration.Lead presentations of design concepts to stakeholders and clients.Supervise junior architects; provide guidance and quality control.Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.Conduct site visits to assess progress and address construction issues or deviations from the design.QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture; must be a licensed Architect.Minimum of 7 years’ experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality sector.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen layouts, traffic flow, and equipment placement.Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental/sanitation regulations.Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.Creative thinker with attention to detail and passion for F&B design innovation.Additional InformationBenefits:
