A 30-minute drive from the international airport, the hotel will also be close to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club, and 10 minutes from Makati district, the capital's financial, cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls.JOB SUMMARYUnder the general guidance and management of the Assistant Chief Engineer and overall guidance and direction of the Director of Engineering within the limits established by the Engineering Services Manual, corporate policies and procedures. Manages all the other Engineering supervisory and rank rank & file staff for the efficient, timely, safe and economical operation of all MEP systems, maintenance and repair of hotel building facilities and MEP systems during his shift and tour of duty.QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity in Hotel Operations or any field of Engineering practice, implementing medium to large hotel operation and maintenance
Preferably with experience in staff management, budget preparation & project managment
Preferably with knowledge in major MEP equipment opeations such as Boiler, Chiller, Generator Sets, Heat Pumps, etc.
Preferably with good command of writen and oral Engish
