You won’t be cold-calling candidates or sourcing resumes. Instead, you’ll be focused on the people already here—helping them navigate their careers at Booth from their first day onward.What You’ll DoOnboarding: Help welcome new hires and make sure they have everything they need to start strong on day one.Team Support: Act as a go-to resource for team questions about company policies, benefits, and tools.Records Management: Keep our digital files and employee database organized and up-to-date.Company Culture: Help organize team events, celebrations, and internal meetings to keep morale high.Office Ops: Assist with small administrative tasks that keep the HR department and the wider office running efficiently.Who You AreReliable: You show up and follow through. You’ll see sensitive info, and we need to trust you to keep it private.Positive Attitude: You’re willing to help out with any task, whether it’s a big project or a small administrative errand.Eye for Detail: You notice the small things that others might miss (like a misspelled name on a welcome sign).Curiosity: You’re eager to learn how a company actually runs behind the scenes.
