- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 20+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, ideally within printing, document imaging, office technology, or related sectors/industry
- Demonstrated success in managing large, high-performing sales and marketing teams across both direct and indirect channels
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution — effective in both long-term planning and daily operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of MPS, SaaS, and digital document solutions is a plus
- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with corporate goals, integrating service operations to enhance efficiency.
- Improve market share and rank across all B2B product segments while strengthening service delivery excellence.
- Expand revenue through solution sales, managed print services (MPS), document workflow solutions, and value-added services.
- Lead and manage national/regional sales teams, including direct salespeople, channel sales, and key account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, resellers, and distributors.
- Monitor sales and service performance metrics; implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate sales strategy into operational plans to meet revenue, profit, and market share goals.
- Ensure delivery of sales forecasts with focus on weekly performance tracking.
- Lead strategic initiatives to achieve the #1 position in all key product categories within 2–3 years.
- Own the full sales cycle: midterm planning, annual budgets, monthly and weekly forecasts.
- Lead a team of employees across sales, service, and support.
- Drive empowerment, motivation, and KPI achievement.
- Plan and manage manpower needs aligned with strategic and operational goals.
- Develop and expand the channel partner network in the Philippines to grow market share.
- Strengthen existing partner relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Provide training, tools, and incentives to enhance partner performance.
- Ensure partner alignment with business objectives and service standards.
- Oversee integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
- Position the company as a thought leader in digital transformation, sustainability, and print innovation.
- Collaborate with product and solutions teams on business-focused product launches.
- Manage marketing communications, events, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Gather feedback to improve customer experience and solution offerings.
- Coordinate with product heads at regional headquarters for market-specific adaptations.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and systems teams on compliance, reporting, and operations.
- Deliver strategic presentations internally (leadership, board) and externally (regional HQ, key clients).
- Prepare and present business materials using tools like PowerPoint.
