- Manage social media calendar across multiple platforms, reporting on insights and monitoring trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist in the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing metrics, preparing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, managing budgets, and handling inquiries, ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a track record of contributing to successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content that effectively communicates a client’s brand message and resonates with their target audience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the capability to extract actionable insights from marketing data to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
