Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel. This includes managing and supervising staff, handling guest requests and complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of hotel operations Leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and complaints Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in revenue management and budgeting is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
