Requirements Certified Public Accountant, with at least 5 years of leadership role. Knowledgeable in vessel accounting is a plus.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus CPA certification is a plus Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support the month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Prepare and post journal entries Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff Coordinate with external auditors during audits Identify and implement process improvements Maintain accurate and organized financial records Work Location: Bacoor City, Cavite Work Schedule: 8:30 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday (where reporting on site on Saturday is optional). Salary Range: gross salary 65,000.00 to 95,000.00
