- Lead ad-hoc, cross-functional projects that support total shop growth and operational efficiency
- Develop and evaluate strategies across Marketing, Pricing, Buying, and other commercial functions
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and optimization levers
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured frameworks, clear hypotheses, and actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment, timelines, and execution of initiatives
- Track progress and impact of strategic projects, ensuring outcomes are measurable and aligned with business goals
- Support leadership with strategic insights, business cases, and presentations for decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in e-commerce, business analytics, financial management, or consulting, with exposure to commercial strategy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have relevant internship experience in the above areas.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving growth and impact.
- E-commerce & Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce or retail business models, including pricing, promotions, assortment, and P&L dynamics.
- Analytical Skills: Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and quantify impact across functions.
- Structured Thinking: Experience structuring ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, frameworks, and actionable workplans.
- Organization & Project Management: Highly organized, with strong project management skills to manage multiple workstreams and timelines simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar platforms) is a plus.
