Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares request for Quotations for the proper specifications and ensure the fulfilments of materials needed Prepares Billing Quantity (BOQ) through estimation of quantities and complete breakdown of materials to aid the proper costing Finalizes approval by attending tender clarification meeting and make revisions, if necessary to facilitate wrap-up Prepares turn-over plans and documentations by reproducing such issuance to site team Performs such other task and responsibilities as maybe assigned to the employee from time to time Qualifications: 1. GRADUATE OF BACHELORS DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING 2. LICENSE OR NON-LICENSE HOLDER CIVIL ENGINEERS 3. WITH CWTS-NSTP LEADERSHIP/OFFICERSHIP 4.
