- Manage incoming payments
- Deposit received funds
- Write outgoing cheques
- Document all business financial transactions
- Manage formal reports and company bank statements
- Check, inspect and verify daily cash transactions
- Check, verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments.
- Performing risk management (liquidity, interest rates, ventures etc.)
- Assuming responsibility for cash management procedures
- Supports treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.
- Perform other task assigned by the supervisor or by the management
- Will create and send the SOA on a weekly basic; Call and email follow up on different clients: will monitor the 2307 clearing; will clean-up the assigned account
- Ensuring that each payment are immediate posted etc.
- Compliance with tax requirements and filing
- Must be a Graduate (4 years) of Accountancy, Accounting Information System or Major in Financial Management
- With knowledge in Microsoft Applications and Proficient with Excel
- Must be Proficient in the English Language (communication)
- Have retained knowledge regarding Finance related jargons/rules
- Keen to details and with analyzation skills
- Can work under pressure
- Eager to learn and willing to work Overtime
