Job Summary Assists the Property Preservation Section (PPS) Head in monitoring Real Property Taxes for ROPA located in Visayas and Mindanao Areas Administers the maintenance and updating of ROPA Manager System and manual database of all ROPA located in Visayas and Mindanao Coordinates with the Ownership Enforcement Section and external service provider in securing Real Property Taxes, Tax Declarations, tax assessments, and its immediate payment for ROPA properties Reviews and evaluates tax assessments prior to endorsing them for payment and preparation How will you contribute Administers acquired assets and Asset Management and Remedial Group managed Bank-Owned properties by monitoring and updating the real property taxes nationwide Assists the Property Preservation Section Head in coming up with recommendations on systems and procedures in preserving acquired properties with regards to the updating of real estate tax and all other taxes relating to the property What will make you successful Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business-related degree Knowledge in Property Management and ROPA Operations Experience in banking, finance, and real estate Show more Show less
