As an Area Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving/exceeding sales/volume growth rate targets and performance standards in store presence, operations, productivity, and service for the area. An advanced/ specialized training in business/marketing management is an advantage. With at least 3 years work experience in a management position in Sales, with exposure in General Trade, preferably for a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company (FMCG). Experience with Account Management is an advantage. With advanced skills in Conceptual Selling Must be proficient in Distributor Management, Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, Sales Management, and Data Analysis Knowldegeable in developing Channel Marketing, Planning, and Financial Management Willing to handle Capiz/Kalibo areas and be based in Roxas City
