- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Act as the technical expert in customer meetings, addressing complex queries effectively.
- Lead the development of technical architecture for customized solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to scope and cost technical solutions.
- Provide input into project delivery plans for seamless execution post-sale.
- Capture customer feedback, pain points, and new feature requirements to inform product development.
- Collaborate with the product management team to integrate customer insights into the product roadmap.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate customer needs and identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Provide training and technical enablement for the sales team to enhance their product and technical understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years in a technical solutions, pre-sales, or product management role, preferably in the internet services or telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex technical solutions.
- In-depth understanding of networking, internet infrastructure, cloud services, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
