Job OverviewWe are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding caregivers committed to providing exceptional care. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and working closely with the hiring team to bring in top talent.   • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for caregiver roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top caregiving talent.
Candidate Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective caregivers.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with applicants to enhance engagement and retention.
Talent Sourcing & Assessment
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and caregiving qualifications.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams
  • Partner with hiring managers and training teams to ensure an effective onboarding process.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on caregiver selection.
Record-Keeping & Compliance
  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Skills:✅ Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (preferred but not required).
✅ Healthcare experience or caregiver recruitment is a plus.
✅ Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidates and establish trust.
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and convey information effectively.
✅ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
✅ Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅ Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred but not required).Technical & Work Setup:✅ High-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps).
✅ PC/Laptop: Minimum 8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent.
✅ Noise-canceling headset (preferred).
