- Lead Korean in-market player development strategy and revenue growth initiatives.
- Prospect, recruit, and retain high-value Korean players through direct sales, referrals, and campaigns.
- Maintain strong in-market and on-property presence, building long-term player relationships.
- Collaborate with CRM, Sales, Premium Services, Hotel, F&B, and Transportation teams to deliver tailored offers, events, and experiences.
- Coordinate and host exclusive tournaments, roadshows, and player events for Korean segments.
- Analyse player behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to refine engagement strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate player profiles, sales records, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, responsible gaming, and regulatory standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, customer service, or player development.
- Casino, hospitality, gaming, or luxury industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients and drive loyalty and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with ROI-based decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Korean and English.
- Professional, discreet, and culturally sensitive approach to guest service.
- College level education or above.
