Job Purpose Responsible for the timely and accurate settlement to MC, Visa, JCB. Ensures successful payment to schemes through monitoring and coordination with RCBC on the status of settlement Responsible for the review, assessment and cascade schemes' bulletins to appropriate stakeholders for continuous adherence to evolving scheme rules, mandates, security requirements, and operational guidelines Responsible for the monitoring, collecting, and ensuring the completeness of Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) Form 2307 certificates submitted by merchants and accurate preparation of the Summary Alpha list of Withholding Taxes (SAWT) for submission to Accounting/RCBC Ensure validity and accuracy of extracted schemes' settlement reports through review and validation of report date. Escalate to Section / Department Heads if no report is available, for coordination with schemes Job Requirements Graduate of Accounting or any business course With accounting and TAX background Preferably worked in a credit card company or related business for at least 1 year With experience in compliance management systems, risk assessment tools, or project management software In-depth knowledge of specific scheme operating regulations and technical specifications Show more Show less
