The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and controlling warehouse inventory operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and proper documentation of all stock movements. The role ensures that inventory records are properly maintained, discrepancies are investigated, and stock levels are aligned with operational and customer requirements.Inventory Cycle Count / ReconciliationOversees cycle count in coordination with the Inventory Management Supervisor.Oversees annual stock take in coordination with Finance Team.Review and analyzes results of stock takes and assists in reconciling discrepancies.Supervise warehouse personnel during annual stock take and scheduled cycle count activities.Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.Purchasing / Stock Level, Availability and IssuanceReview, analyze and prepares proposal for P.O. for both in-house products and supply agreement products for approval by Commercial Unit Heads.Control and monitor issuance of P.O. up to receipt of stocks in the warehouse.Monitors closely Out-of-Stocks, Over Stocks and non-moving stocks situation of all products.Monitors stocks in all Warehouses including branches.Prepares monthly service level report and excess inventory.Prepares and monitors adjustment in the inventory. Ensures that all adjustments are approved by Commercial Unit Heads.Prepares Expiring Monitoring Report Review and sends copy to Commercial Unit Heads for action/ disposition.Follows-up and monitors deliveries from principals or suppliers including the transfer of stocks from main warehouse to hubs.Ensures timely monitoring and effective coordination of stocks’ availability with principal / suppliers.Inventory Accuracy – accuracy of physical inventory should match that listed in our database.Formula: Database Inventory Count / Physical Inventory Count = Inventory Accuracy (95%)Orders Picking Accuracy – measure order picking accuracy. Eliminate waste and streamline order-picking processes to help maintain a high order accuracy rate.Formula: Total No. of Orders without error / Total No. of Orders processed= Order Picking Accuracy (95%)Inbound/Receiving Accuracy- measure efficiency of receiving deliveries from principals and hub stock transfers.Formula: Total No. of deliveries received without error/Total No. of deliveries received= Inbound/Receiving Accuracy (95%)OthersMotivates and develop staff through proper coaching, training and constant performance monitoringManage expectations through clear work plans and holds people accountable using results-based performance assessment.Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and appraising job results.

College Graduate
Proficiency in SAP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools).
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role handling inventory staff or warehouse teams.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
Experience in warehouse and inventory control operations
Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity, accountability, and discipline
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
Strong analytical and planning skills;
