Job Summary The Assistant Manager for Accounts Receivable provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for the Accounts Receivable unit. This role ensures accurate, complete, and timely processing of billings, collections, system interfaces, and reconciliation activities. The Assistant Manager supports month-end closing, prepares analysis for outstanding accounts, and ensures financial integrity across AR functions. Specific Responsibilities Supervise and review the invoice interface process for accuracy, timeliness, and exception handling Oversee collection performance, and manage the resolution of unapplied receipts and outstanding invoices Monitor and validate the accuracy of billing and collection activities, ensuring alignment with financial timelines Review and approve schedules and accrual journal entries during flash and month-end closing Manage the preparation of accrual journal vouchers, especially for e-Commerce operations Lead the aging analysis and reconciliation of AR accounts, and provide insights on overdue balances Ensure all AR-related transactions are properly recorded in Oracle Financial System and comply with internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance functions Strong understanding of billing, collections, accruals, and reconciliation processes Proficiency in Oracle Financial System or similar ERP platforms is a plus Must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City Show more Show less
