Your Role The IT Quality Management Officer supports the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure that MPI delivers secured, quality and risk minimized systems that are strategically aligned to business goals and in compliance with regulatory requirements. How You Can Contribute Provide oversight on projects to ensure quality delivery, in terms of budget, timeline, cost and deliverables. Conduct project checkpoint meetings and Change Review Meetings (CRM). Monitor post implementation deliverables of projects. Spearhead country rollout and adoption of group frameworks and policies. Roll-out and manage quality management awareness programs. Provide guidance on project-related policies and processes. Prepares reports on projects as needed. Report and escalate Quality Management issues to relevant MPI and Group Management teams. Verify Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM). Monitor and maintain existing EUDA inventory. Update inventory with new EUDA. Your Profile Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Business, or any Information Technology related courses. With experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials With experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed hardware and software applications. At least 2 years minimum experience in Project Management, as a Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience. Have knowledge in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) discipline, software development and infrastructure project lifecycles within the Bank. Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables. Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio). Show more Show less
