Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Member of Professional Body that is pertinent to your role Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines Preferably with experience in handling healthcare projects Advanced design lead capability and applied sector experience, including managing and coordinating teams and resource planning Effective project management, client relationship management, and commercial skills Proficiency in computer applications, visualization, and communication tools commonly used within own applicable disciplines such as Revit SketchUp, and Creative Suite Knowledge of additional software such as 3D modeling or 3D VR computer skills Excellent communication skills in spoken, written and graphic form Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with staff, disciplines, and clients and to build productive relationships Minimum 10 years of related architectural experience and preferably with experience in Healthcare projects
