About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant fluent in both Dutch and English to support our team and clients with administrative, communication, and customer service tasks. You will be the go-to person for Dutch-speaking clients while also collaborating with our English-speaking team and partners.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional support across cultures and time zones.Key Responsibilities:AreaTasksAdministrative Support- Calendar and email management
- Meeting scheduling and follow-ups
- Data entry, research, and reportingCustomer Service- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain positive client relationshipsCommunication- Translate or proofread Dutch and English documents
- Draft and send professional emails
- Liaise with Dutch-speaking clients or partnersProject Assistance- Assist in project tracking and task updates
- Collaborate with internal team members on various projectsSocial Media & Marketing (optional)- Translate captions, posts, or customer replies
- Assist in creating or scheduling bilingual contentRequirements:Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative roleExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task managers (e.g., Trello, Asana)Fast learner, self-starter, and detail-orientedStable internet connection and professional remote setupPreferred Qualifications:Experience in client-facing or customer support rolesFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)Background in social media support or online marketingKnowledge of Dutch culture or customer behavior is a plusWorking Hours:Flexible, but must be available for scheduled meetings aligned with EU or US time zonesExpected availability: [e.g., 20-40 hours per week, depending on project/client needs]Compensation:Based on experience and hours committed (To be discussed during the interview)Why Join Us?100% remote workInternational team and dynamic work environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentSupportive and inclusive virtual culture
