Accountant (Internal)

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required. Relevant coursework in business process outsourcing or shared services is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) may enhance qualifications.
• BPO Experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software commonly used in BPO setups and other data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with the industries of clients the BPO serves can be advantageous, allowing accountants to comprehend specific financial requirements better.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, understanding their financial needs, and conveying information clearly to team members.
• Given the sensitive nature of financial data, an awareness of data security protocols and adherence to confidentiality standards is crucial.
• Efficient time management skills are crucial in meeting deadlines for client deliverables and ensuring smooth workflow in a high-paced BPO setting.
• The capacity to identify and address financial discrepancies and proactively resolve issues that may arise during the outsourcing process.
• Developing and maintaining positive client relationships is essential for understanding their expectations and ensuring satisfaction with the outsourced financial services.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in financial processes and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
