- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities by meeting with key clients regularly to explore additional service needs.
- Understand client challenges within the AEC industry and propose tailored solutions using our LiDAR scanning and CAD processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with our production manager to gather technical insights and ensure proposed solutions align with project feasibility and timelines.
- Develop creative service proposals by combining our offerings with those of our service partners to meet client needs.
- Set competitive pricing for service proposals based on market trends and company guidelines.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and project benefits to clients in a professional and approachable manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the sales administrator and production team to streamline the transition from sales to project execution.
