Job Summary: Responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns and events across various channels to drive brand awareness, build followers, amplify social engagement, capture leads, encourage referrals, and attract job applicants. Also focused on recruiting the best talent for the bank&aposs diverse programs. How will you contribute: Create, identify and implement recruitment marketing campaigns and events to support hiring plans by converting leads into applicants. Complement recruiters by effectively communicating the employer brand story through multitude channels that helps generate more quality applicants for open requisitions, ultimately aiding recruiters in filling jobs faster and easier. Build partnerships with different schools and professional organizations to grow brand awareness. Manage and represent the bank in various recruiting activities e.g. job fair, mock interview, career talk. Responsible in building a talent community/ network for the various vacancies and help in hiring talents for the different programs of the bank. Conducts in-depth HR interview as part of due diligence and know-your-candidate process. Coordinates with requesting units for status updating and process completion. Prepares job offer sheet for review by the Talent Acquisition Head and approval of the HRG Head. Facilitates job and raise a request for credit checking. Prepares all hiring documents for turn over to the Onboarding Team and payroll-related documents to Compensation & Benefits. Generates insightful reports and suggests data-driven improvements to scale up the team's productivity. What will make you successful: Bachelor's degree With experience in sourcing and selection. Exposure with social media, resume databases and professional networks. Familiarity with relevant employment law. 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, selection, onboarding and account management.
