  • An Accounting and Admin Assistant will support the accounting department in processing, recording, filing, and submitting financial data and documentation, as well as assisting in the preparation of various reports. The role requires a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and integrity, along with strong bookkeeping and organizational skills.
  • The ideal candidate, Accounting and Admin Assistant should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, and Odoo is essential.
  • The candidate must be trustworthy, efficient, a fast learner, and able to maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
Accounting Duties:
  • Systematic filing of check vouchers and other pertinent accounting records
  • Issuance of Tax Certificates BIR Form 2307 to various vendors
  • Assist in preparation of tax matters such as Expanded Withholding Taxes and Value Added Taxes (VAT)
  • Collate and liaison with vendors and subcons on the adequacy of invoices, billings, Certificate of Completion, and other related documents.
Administrative Duties:
  • Preparation and submission of clients and suppliers accreditation requirements.
  • Assist in banking runs such as deposit and encashment.
  • Assist in billing, documentation, and coordination with customers.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
