They focus on delivering high-quality field data and seamless operational execution across a diverse range of sites.About the RoleAs the Assistant Project Manager for Survey Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the nationwide execution of technical surveys and installations. You will serve as a central operational support resource, ensuring seamless coordination between field technicians, project managers, and clients. Your primary goal is to maintain data integrity, verify site readiness, and provide real-time visibility into all survey activities.What you’ll doSite & Pre-Survey Coordination: Conduct Google Earth reviews to identify rooftop units and access constraints, and communicate directly with site contacts to confirm safety and access procedures.Operational Tracking: Provide live updates to stakeholders, reconcile schedules between internal and external systems, and manage the team inbox for cancellations or changes.Quality Control: Review critical surveys for completeness and accuracy, flagging any discrepancies or missing data to ensure field-verified information is reliable.Administrative Support: Assist with the nationwide execution and closeout of projects, providing coverage during team absences and performing tasks that support overall team objectives.What You BringExperience & EducationMinimum Experience: 3+ years preferred in administrative support, operations coordination, or project support.Field Knowledge: Experience supporting field operations, construction, HVAC, mechanical, or facilities management teams is highly preferred.Education: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Project Management is preferred but not required.Preferred QualificationsOperational Coordination: Familiarity with scheduling platforms, project tracking systems, and managing high-volume shared inboxes.Data Integrity: Experience with quality control or document review processes to ensure data reliability.Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of mechanical systems/HVAC terminology and a willingness to utilize AI tools.Core CompetenciesOperational Awareness: Strong accountability and the ability to maintain a high-level view of field activities.Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data review.Strong Follow-Through: A self-starter who proactively identifies needs and manages multiple priorities through to completion.Communication: Fluent English with the ability to be a clear, confident, and professional communicator with all stakeholders.Resilience & Advocacy: A technician-advocacy mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a solutions-oriented attitude.Remote ReadinessMust be able to work in a safe, quiet remote workspace with appropriate high-speed internet.Our Hiring ProcessWe utilize AI tools to enhance hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation.
