Key Responsibilities: Design, test, train, implement, and support customizations in Dynamics 365 BC for both new and existing customers. Provide support for reconciling and resolving Dynamics 365 BC data issues as needed. Identify opportunities for additional services including training, modules, business process consulting, and development. Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes using SMB Suite CRM and project management tools. Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades with SMB Suite Technology and clients. Serve as a backup for the Application Support Desk and manage escalated support issues. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal and external product training materials and documentation. Additional Duties: Participate in periodic online training sessions for hosted clients. Collaborate with SMB Suite Developers on testing and deploying new customizations and products. Maintain a billing utilization rate as established by SMB Suite management. Support the creation and upkeep of product training curriculums and documentation. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV, including design, configuration, and support. At least 5 years of overall professional experience in a similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach. Accounting or financial background is required.
