- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in reservations, customer service, or within a call center environment
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with GDS systems
- Sales experience
- Previous employment in the BPO industry
- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the reservations team, conduct daily briefings, and facilitate training sessions
- Operations Management: Oversee daily reservation activities, including responding to inbound calls for inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Customer Service: Deliver prompt and accurate assistance to guests inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high standard of service
- Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity, ensure adherence to service standards, and maintain overall quality to meet performance goals
- Upon regularization:
