
Integrated Operations Center Specialist

- Monitor systems and services to ensure availability and respond to downtime alerts
- Process service requests, incidents, and change requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Generate daily and monthly reports, including Automated Teller Machine (ATM) status and inventory
- Support ATM operations such as installation, delivery, disposal, and inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
- Participate in scheduled training and contribute to team updates and documentation
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
- At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in service desk or technical support roles is required
- Proven ability to monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime is essential
- Understanding of servers, databases, network devices, and basic network protocols such as TCP/IP is essential
- Comfort with IT support tools and standard office applications is important
