What We're Looking For 1+ year in technical support or a customer-facing technical role (SaaS/startup experience preferred). Familiarity with cloud environments and APIs; bonus if you've used Postman, Chrome DevTools, or CLI tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
