- Serve as the first point of contact for franchise inquiries and respond to potential franchisee questions.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the franchise development team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead activity, communication notes, and pipeline progress.
- Prepare and send franchise information packages, marketing materials, and application forms.
- Coordinate documentation, including NDAs, franchise disclosure documents (FDD), and application forms.
- Track the progress of prospective franchisees through each stage of the sales funnel.
- Work closely with legal, operations, and marketing departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in planning and organizing franchise expos, discovery days, and sales events.
- Generate and analyze reports on lead conversion, pipeline performance, and sales metrics.
- Support the Franchise Sales Manager with ad hoc tasks and administrative duties.
