Creates and implements comprehensive training programs, including content development, facilitation, and evaluation Creates and develops effective training curriculum Delivers engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse employee groups Collaborates with departmental leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives and priorities Develops and maintains training materials, resources, and documentation Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure their effectiveness Provides coaching and support to employees to reinforce learned skills and behaviors Contributes to the overall talent development strategy and initiatives within the organization Conducts effective orientation programs for all incoming employees Conducts Training Needs Analysis and Succession planning to provide opportunities for growth of the whole organization Identify and assess future and current learning and development needs of employees Job Qualifications: With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the food and beverage industry Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences Proficiency in needs analysis, instructional design, and the development of training materials Has proven track record of successfully implementing and evaluating training initiatives Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people handling and management skills Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred Willing to conduct store operations visits Full-time on-site with work location in Pasig City Show more Show less
