You will be part of a specialized team that&aposs responsible for producing highly engaging marketing and communications artworks for key stakeholders globally. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent eye for detail and a very good understanding of best design practices, to make sure that the team is able to deliver best in class marketing deliverables to effectively achieve business goals. Responsibilities: Produce best in class marketing and communications collaterals to support brand development initiatives by creating high-quality design work to help translate key visuals into corporate materials based on brand specifications. Provide creative expertise and design solutions to marketing content across the organization by working closely with key stakeholders from conception to final production and sign off. Review stakeholder-created marketing and communications drafts to identify needed changes in design and apply consistent organizational brand standards. Collaborate across departments by proactively communicating ideas, recommending opportunities, and areas of improvement to build a comprehensive and inclusive brand strategy. Maintain the image and copyrights of the company on the internet. Support projects and campaigns throughout planning and execution to maintain a high level of consistency in line with brand guidelines. Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value key attributes. Work Experience / Qualifications: Experience working in a shared services environment, design studio, or advertising agency Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Minimum 5 years of working experience as a multimedia designer Proven skills in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding Excellent communication skills Must be a team player Qualifications: Necessary Qualifications include: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
