Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Northeast America and/or Manila, Philippines, where some work from home is acceptable during the preparation phase. As an Architect, your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to, architectural design, project management, software development, integration, and comprehensive architectural planning. Initially, you will work closely and directly with the Project Owner and/or the Founder-President & Chairwoman, and in the future, with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure successful project execution and integration of innovative solutions. Please note that this is not an immediate hiring position; compensation on a monthly basis will commence once the groundwork has started. Your rendering work from the start date, even during the remote phase, will be included in your monthly salary upon deployment to the site projects, allowing ample time for planning and preparation of your ground designs. A pivotal partner, Megatherm Energy and Engineering Services, established on April 20, 2008, was founded by a team of three senior mechanical engineers and two skilled craftsmen from R.S. Arrieta Construction Company. The company possesses a highly competent management team and skilled technicians with extensive experience in power plant construction and repair. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities through participation in numerous large-scale projects. Megatherm has met milestones, reaching new real estate and solar panel renewable energy projects, which require the deployment of the right future candidates. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Responsibilities Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets Qualifications but not limited to: Bachelor&aposs degree in architecture 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, 4D, 5D Designs Visionary Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Elegant and Fine Designs Experience in Software Development and Integration Strong Project Management skills Responsible, loyal, honest, trustworthy, dependable, and proactive Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to work independently & as part of a team Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture or a related field Experience in the arts industry, construction, and engineering is a plus. Experience in iconic architectural designs, Royal Palace Suites Residences w/ Tropical Paradise Designs, US modern contemporary, and Victorian Industrial US modern contemporary designs is a plus.
