Manages, prioritizes, screens, and monitors the Bureau's correspondence, including emails and calls to ensure they are dealt with appropriately. Functions and Responsibilities: 1.Records and oversees all incoming and outgoing communications 2.Assist in encoding of confidential correspondence, reports and other documents 3.Assist in maintaining and updating of official files of the Division/Bureau 4.Assist in coordination with other Bureaus/Officers in terms of meetings 5.Conducts initial interview and screen persons seeking assistance from the Bureau and 6.Performs administrative functions.
