Job Description: Develop and design program GTM and mechanics, including creating program creatives and communication materials. E2E campaign management. Plan and execute program launches, manage project timeline, ensuring clear and effective communication with Key Account Managers, Creators and Brand partners. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Key Account Managers, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Business Development, and others to ensure smooth coordination and project execution. Monitor program performance, identify key challenges, and proactively develop contingency plans to address issues. Conduct data analysis to gain insights into campaign mechanics/incentives improvement, creator behavior and challenges, and identify new growth opportunities. Responsible for affiliate product testing, roll-out, and reporting on adoption and improvements. Requirements: 2 years+ of experience, preferably in Marketing or Business Development. Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills. Comfortable working with numbers and performing data-driven analysis. Detail-oriented, logical thinker, and capable of managing large data sets with precision. Proficient in both Thai and English, with effective communication skills. Demonstrates a growth mindset, takes ownership of projects, team player, organized, and results-oriented. Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
