We are looking for an experienced Oracle Delivery Lead to manage the successful delivery of Oracle-based projects across our global delivery centers. This role demands deep Oracle expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage large teams and complex programs.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery operations for the Oracle Practice, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle professionals across multiple delivery locations.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore delivery, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and implement best practices, operational standards, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure optimal resource management and performance tracking through key metrics (KPIs).
- Stay current on Oracle technologies and lead initiatives to expand practice capabilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business (Masters or Oracle certification preferred).
- At least 20 years of experience in a similar field, including at least 15 years with Oracle technologies.
- Strong background in Oracle ERP, Cloud, Database, Fusion Middleware, and EPM.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering complex, global projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in offshore delivery models and resource optimization.
- Willing to work in Legazpi Village, Makati City
- Amenable to be on a morning/early morning shift but flexibility is expected. No night shift.
- Willing to work onsite thrice a week
- Can start no later than October 31, 2025
