- Investigate incident reports and gather supporting documentation
- Write and serve discipline notices (using paralegal writing skills) and investigation summaries
- Analyze findings from investigations and decide on appropriate sanctions
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and labor laws
- Facilitate the preparation and serving of documents related to employee movements such as promotions, transfers, and separations
- Assist HR Business Partners in coordinating the submission of coaching logs, evaluations, and certifications from team leaders and members
- Maintain accurate records of HR cases and updates on internal employee files
- Support report generation for compliance and audit purposes
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
- At least 1–2 years of solid experience handling disciplinary cases (e.g., writing notices, conducting investigations)
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience in a BPO or other English-speaking work environment
- Strong writing skills for official HR documents
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of labor laws
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative
- Experience in fast-paced work settings
- Familiarity with HR systems or tools
- Experience assisting HR Business Partners or leadership teams
- Monthly salary of 23,000php - 26,000php
