As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities.About the jobSupports cost management and financial performance across the supply chain through budgeting, analysis, and reporting. Responsible for month-end closing, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting and inventory processes.Your tasks

Partner with Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations
Monitor and analyze COGS, overhead, scrap, and inventory performance
Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and inventory valuation
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and internal control policies
Oversee inventory management, including stock turnover and physical counts
Manage fixed assets accounting and support statutory audit requirements
Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership review
Coordinate monthly cut-off activities with Operations and Sales

RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in accountancy required; CPA preferred, Master's degree is a plus.Experience: 10+ years in plant finance/controllingSkills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Costing and variance analysis expertise
Proficient in ERP and Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
