Ensure the timely processing of vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance requirements annually so they are in good operating condition at all times. This includes replacement of parts when necessary.
Provide uniforms and safety equipment of all personnel when needed
Ensure proper recording of attendance of all ESD personnel
Monitor preparation of vouchers for all payables and process payments timely
Monitor preparation of customer invoices monthly and ensure timely distribution to areas concerned
Prepare monthly financial statements for the group (Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow)
Monitor all collections and receivables (current and past due) from Customers and ensure issuance of Official Receipts for all collections made and BIR 2307 to customers.
Monitor preparation of PO for non-trade purchases of the department
Monitor and ensure the completeness and availability of all funds being handled and used by the department for Operations.
Issue petty cash, reconcile petty cash and replenish petty cash funds monthly
